Meeting Coaching

Facilitation and meeting skills are life skills, and they are often so easy to understand and implement that you’ll be wondering why you didn’t learn them in grade school. If you’re ready to make meeting skills a core competency in your organization, we recommend our Meeting Coaching program—one-on-one or team sessions with a certified coach and meeting expert who will partner with you to design your meeting, prepare you to facilitate with confidence and/or mature your meeting practices.

For teams and organizations who want to make their meeting, off-site or event truly transformative, our team of expert facilitators use leading practices in whole-systems and human-centered approaches to design meetings to achieve your desired outcomes. We offer both off-the-shelf and customized agendas.

Visual Notetaking Services

For meetings with lots of speakers or time in large group discussions, our sister company—Dancing with Markers—is a team of visual notetakers and graphic artists who capture key insights and takeaways during meetings and events with words and images. Our team can help you engage participants in a live interactive mural or produce live strategy maps to enhance strategic planning initiatives.
